This is what you will do

As a Technical Product Manager within our Wholesale department, you will play a key role in delivering technically robust, market-relevant products that meet the needs of both national ISPs and international carriers. Our Wholesale team operates as a true one-stop-shop, enabling partners to procure access connectivity from all Dutch providers through a single point of contact.

In this role, you will be the strategic and technical link between the network team and the Wholesale partners, ensuring that what we build is not only technically feasible, but also valuable and competitive. You will:

• Define product strategy – align product vision with market trends.
• Translate requirements – Convert business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Coordinate stakeholders – Keep engineering, sales, and marketing teams aligned and working towards the same goals.
• Manage the product lifecycle – Oversee development, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Integrate customer insights – Use feedback and data to guide product decisions and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with colleagues from Bid Management, Sales Support, Operational Account Management, Billing, Technical Product Management, and Account Management to ensure our Wholesale offering remains competitive and future ready.

You bring this

• A bachelor’s degree;
• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Implementation Consultant, Business Consultant, or Product Manager;
• Knowledge of Ethernet and Internet products;
• Knowledge of fixed networks (FTTO, FTTH) is a must;
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
