In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a seamless fiber activation experience for all our customers. Customer Operations is the engine behind Odido’s service excellence, and you play a key part in making sure every step, from sales handover to installation, communication, and in‑life support, runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the customer at heart.
As a Fiber Activation Expert, you take end‑to‑end ownership of the entire activation process. You identify bottlenecks, resolve complex cross‑domain issues, and ensure that teams across Customer Operations, Network, IT, and our external partners work together effortlessly. With your deep understanding of processes, partner performance, technical quality, and customer communication, you know exactly where improvements are needed and how to turn insights into measurable impact.
You operate with a high degree of autonomy, steer activities across multiple departments, and act as a trusted counterpart for senior stakeholders. You develop improvements that not only solve today’s challenges but also become the new operational standard. In doing so, you directly contribute to our ambition to be the Customer Champion, turning every interaction into a reason to stay with Odido.

You bring this
You combine a solid educational background with deep operational experience. With 5–10 years in telecom, fiber activation, network operations, or customer operations, you know exactly how to drive improvements across complex processes.
You also bring the following to the table:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proven expertise in activation, migration, or service assurance processes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
- Experience with KPI steering, root cause analysis, and process optimization
- The ability to work effectively with IT, Network, and external partners
- Understanding of OPEX/CAPEX drivers related to activations and field interventions
