As IT Delivery Program Lead, you orchestrate multiple delivery streams into one coherent, reliable execution engine. You create focus, alignment and trust across teams and stakeholders, enabling delivery at pace without losing sight of quality, people or customer impact.

As IT Delivery Program Office Lead (medior level), you sit at the heart of IT execution. You bring structure, clarity and predictability to delivery across Odido’s IT landscape, enabling teams to perform, leaders to steer, and ultimately customers to experience reliability and progress.  You enable through data insight, an eye for detail, calm coordination and a knowledge of the moving parts that are needed to bring IT execution to reality.  You build trusted relationships and understand what drives different business areas. 

This is what you will do

You ensure that IT delivery at Odido is transparent, predictable and actionable, without turning it into bureaucracy.

You help teams and leaders see how we’re doing, where we are, what’s coming, and what really matters next. Through data, dashboards and dialogue, you create a shared language of delivery that supports decision-making at every level, from team leaders to CIO.

You design and safeguard the way we plan, report and govern delivery, not as a control mechanism, but as an enabler. Jira dashboards, quarterly planning cycles, dependency management and delivery insights become tools that help people do better work, not obstacles they work around.

You work closely with IT Delivery leadership, cost managers and governance forums, translating delivery data into clear narratives: progress, risks, trade-offs and recommendations. When complexity rises, you simplify. When pressure increases, you stay composed.

And throughout it all, you act as a connector, aligning teams, tools and processes so delivery flows, even when priorities shift.

You lead by enabling others to succeed.

You coach, challenge and support, creating clarity with data insight.  You understand how delivery pressure impacts people, and you know when to protect teams, when to sharpen focus, and when to escalate with facts instead of emotion.

You are comfortable influencing without formal authority and thrive in environments where trust, credibility and communication matter more than hierarchy.

You work closely with IT Delivery leaders, the wider IT team, program and portfolio stakeholders, cost managers and governance bodies across Odido.
The exact team setup will be shaped together, because we believe strong leaders help design the context they operate in, not just execute within it.

Must-haves

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field,  or equivalent experience built through delivery-driven environments.
  • Around 5 years of experience in IT delivery, program management, PMO or portfolio environments within complex organizations. This is a medior level role, not senior.
  • Strong experience with delivery reporting, planning and dependency management using tools like Jira.
  • Proven ability to translate delivery data into clear, concise insights for senior leadership.
  • Experience working across multiple IT teams, balancing priorities, risks and dependencies.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, able to influence peers and senior leaders with facts and clarity.
  • A structured, pragmatic mindset that improves processes without creating unnecessary overhead.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a telecom, technology or large-scale digital environment.
  • Exposure to cost management, value tracking or business-case driven delivery.
  • Familiarity with IT governance, change management or portfolio frameworks.

You must already live in the Netherlands (work permit required), preferably within ~30 km of The Hague, and you’ll work at least 3 days per week from our Den Haag office.
