Shape IT Delivery at Odido through events, communication, and community building, connecting people, sharing insights, and driving engagement.
At Odido, we believe in optimism, forward thinking, and a people-centered approach to work and technology. We build digital solutions that help millions of customers call, message, stream, and work every day, reliably, securely, and intelligently.
Within IT Delivery, we make sure ideas, roadmaps, and technology come together in a way that delivers real impact. And as an intern, you won’t just observe from the sidelines, you’ll actively contribute, learn by doing, ask questions, experiment, and help strengthen the way our teams connect and collaborate.
This internship sits within IT Delivery Communication & Engagement and focuses on building stronger connections across the department. While the role is positioned in IT Delivery, the emphasis is not only on delivery processes, but also on people, culture, visibility, and collaboration. It is an opportunity to help shape how information is shared, how success is celebrated, and how a stronger internal community is built.
This is what you’ll do
During this internship, you will support communication and engagement initiatives within the IT Delivery department. You will help improve the way teams connect, align, and share information across the organization.
You will, among other things:
- Organize and host IT Delivery-wide events, such as guest speaker sessions, networking meetups, team-building activities, and expert-led workshops
- Create internal communication materials, including newsletters, roadmap updates, and department-wide messaging that improves clarity, transparency, and visibility
- Develop initiatives that strengthen community engagement and collaboration across IT Delivery, while contributing to a positive and people-focused work culture
- Collaborate with teams such as HR and Learning & Development to promote participation in initiatives like My Campus and the Odido Learning Weeks
- Gather feedback and analyze insights from colleagues to identify opportunities to improve communication and engagement initiatives
- Design practical, accessible solutions that help increase alignment, visibility, and employee engagement within the department
- Support IT management in preparing and refining presentations, communication materials, and collaboration frameworks that help teams work better together and enable effective decision-making
- Work in a dynamic environment where communication, culture, and collaboration are essential to delivering impact
What will you learn?
This internship is designed to help you grow both professionally and personally. You will learn, among other things:
- How internal communication and engagement work within a large and complex organization
- How to organize events and initiatives that bring people together and strengthen collaboration
- How to translate ideas into clear communication materials and practical engagement actions
- How to gather feedback, analyze input, and turn insights into improvements
- How to work with stakeholders across different teams, such as IT, HR, Learning & Development, and management
- How people, culture, and communication contribute to the success of a modern IT organization
Concrete projects will be aligned together, so they match your study background, interests, and learning goals.

That's possible temporarily under certain conditions: a maximum of 30 working days per 12 months, only within the EU (and a few designated countries), and with prior approval from your manager. Working from abroad on a long-term basis is not permitted.
Yes, Odido offers learning opportunities and a personal development budget of up to €1,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time), to spend on relevant training in consultation with your manager.
At Odido we work with a modern tech stack in which programming languages such as Java and Python and cloud solutions play an important role. The exact technologies vary by team and role, but the focus is on scalable, data-driven and future-proof solutions.
At Odido we work hybrid. This means that as an IT specialist you work partly from home and partly in the office, depending on your role and activities. The guideline is that you are present in the office part of the week to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing, and you can work flexibly from a distance the rest of the time. Working fully remote is not the standard.
For roles within Network Operations, an on-call or standby arrangement may be part of the position. This means you are available outside regular working hours on a rota basis to resolve incidents.
