Internship - Tooling Integration & Process Design (Network Office)
Join an impactful internship connecting ServiceNow and Jira, designing smarter processes and shaping how Network teams work together.
At Odido, we believe technology creates value when it helps people move forward. Within Network Governance – Network Office, we work on improving the way teams, tools, and processes come together in the Network department. And as an intern, you will not be watching from the sidelines, you will contribute to a real business challenge with impact across multiple teams.
This internship focuses on Tooling Integration & Process Design, specifically on preparing an integration between ServiceNow and Jira for the Network department. It is part of a broader Way of Working and Jira implementation initiative, making it a great opportunity to work on a meaningful project that connects business needs with technical implementation
This is what you’ll do
During this internship, you will help design and prepare an integration between ServiceNow, the department’s ITSM/ITIL tool, and Jira Cloud; the work-management tool used for Agile delivery in the Network department.
You will, among other things:
- Gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories together with stakeholders.
- Analyze and design the target end-to-end process, bridging ITIL-based ways of working in ServiceNow with Agile work management in Jira.
- Build and validate a Proof of Concept (PoC) to test the feasibility of the integration and explore possible next steps toward an MVP.
- Deliver a plan of approach and advisory report, including recommendations for the integration.
- Coordinate and align with multiple stakeholders, including product owners, team members, IT system architects, and governance teams.
- Work with tools and technologies such as ServiceNow and Jira Cloud.
What will you learn?
This internship is designed to help you grow both technically and professionally. You will learn, among other things:
- How to gather and structure requirements in a real business environment.
- How to design, document, and map processes across teams and systems.
- How systems integration works between enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- How to manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- How to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
You will also contribute to a broader organizational initiative focused on ways of working and Jira implementation, giving you exposure to transformation and change in a large business environment

We celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive work environment with equal opportunities for all. That sounds good of course. But we don't stop at fine words: at Odido we are a recognized Top Employer. A confirmation that we are proud of.

At Odido, we believe an internship works both ways.

- Exposure to different departments, roles, and processes in a large business environment.
You bring us:
- A fresh perspective on integration and process design.
- Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and best practices.

You keep your manager and colleagues informed of your goals and progress. You are in control.

Frequently asked questions
That's possible temporarily under certain conditions: a maximum of 30 working days per 12 months, only within the EU (and a few designated countries), and with prior approval from your manager. Working from abroad on a long-term basis is not permitted.
Yes, Odido offers learning opportunities and a personal development budget of up to €1,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time), to spend on relevant training in consultation with your manager.
At Odido we work with a modern tech stack in which programming languages such as Java and Python and cloud solutions play an important role. The exact technologies vary by team and role, but the focus is on scalable, data-driven and future-proof solutions.
At Odido we work hybrid. This means that as an IT specialist you work partly from home and partly in the office, depending on your role and activities. The guideline is that you are present in the office part of the week to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing, and you can work flexibly from a distance the rest of the time. Working fully remote is not the standard.
For roles within Network Operations, an on-call or standby arrangement may be part of the position. This means you are available outside regular working hours on a rota basis to resolve incidents.
