This is what you will do

Odido wants to be the top Customer Champion. She aims to offer excellent customer service that's both high quality and efficient. Odido works with many partners worldwide to reach her goal. A key balance is needed between the Inhouse Team, setting standards, and the Partner Team, which tries to match these. Odido also wants to earn more money by selling things when talking to customers. Her department will lead a project to make Operations great at making money.

Main goal of the function

The Partner Coördinator looks after the outsourced partner's success and guides their work in a country. They are key to Odido becoming the best Customer Champion in the Netherlands. As the Partner Coördinator, you represent Odido and build strong links with our outsourcing partners in other country's. You'll grow these partnerships, work with different teams, and manage operations to hit financial and company targets. As a Partner Coördinator, you'll be part of a new team with five members. You'll have regular online and in-person meetings to build a solid, responsible team. You will give updates to the Head of Partner Operations.

  • Work with partners; create plans to find, welcome, and handle partners abroad. Build good ties with them, matching their aims with ours. Be Odido's face at these partners. Be the main person they talk to, keeping up good, regular chats. Quickly sort out any issues or feedback they have;
  • Manage operations; make sure partner teams handle customers like our own teams do. Work with other departments to give customers top service and satisfaction. Check how each agent at the partner performs (T-NPS, Sales, Productivity, FirstTime Fix). Keep an eye on partner results, use data to make things better;
  • Lead teams; encourage partner teams, guide them, and aim for teamwork and results. Help their workers feel part of Odido. Aim for happy customers and strong business ties;
  • Handle money; take care of the budget, hit financial goals. Find ways to save money;
  • Check quality; ensure partners have quality checks to meet Odido's high standards. Do regular checks to keep quality up;
  • Work together; partners should work with our teams, CEX, and Design & Delivery. Share tips, learn, and give feedback to improve things. Help teams talk and share knowledge well;
  • Manage contracts; make sure they fit business needs, legal stuff, and what clients expect.

You bring this

  • A bachelor's degree;
  • Strong skills in managing operations;
  • Experience with suppliers/vendor/third party management is helpful;
  • Out of the box thinker to push of the maximum achievable output;
  • Bolt enhough to make a decision;
  • Travel for work abroad makes up 70% of your time;
  • Good command of Dutch and English language.

In het tweede gesprek ga je dieper op de functie in en maak je kennis met je toekomstige teamleden.

Derde gesprek

Bij een derde gesprek ben je er bijna. Hierin worden nog resterende vragen beantwoord en indien van beide kanten enthousiast, arbeidsvoorwaarden afgestemd.
