With Odido everyone participates in the digital world. We need a forward-thinking Information Risk Officer to help us do it safely. As part of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our innovative spirit is matched by robust risk management practices.

As a Risk Officer at Odido, you will be a key player within the Governance Risk and Compliance Department 

• Drive risk management across business units, focusing on security, privacy, and continuity 

• Partner with leaders to identify risks and implement effective solutions 

• Spearhead the development of policies and best practices in our dynamic tech environment 

• Lead crisis management processes and foster a culture of risk awareness 

• Guide senior management through risk assessments and mitigation strategies 

• Assess and report on control activities across the organization 

• Develop and communicate security, privacy, and continuity standards 

• Serve as the go-to expert for risk management queries

You bring this

What are we looking for: 

• The role requires HBO/WO level; 
• Minimal eight years experience of which five in the area of Enterprise Risk Management, operational risk management and/or information risk management; 
• Knowledge of Security, Privacy, Business Continuity, Controls and Risk Management (e.g. CISM, CIPM, ISO 2700x, ISO 31000);
• Good analytical skills with focus on risk identification and control design & implementation; 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; 
• Able to present and explain complex or sensitive topics to stakeholders of different areas and backgrounds; 
• Able to build bridges between stakeholders with different views & priorities; 
• Team player and customer oriented towards internal and external stakeholders.
