Our Customer Operations Service team ensures seamless service delivery across multiple touchpoints, and we are looking for a Junior Content Specialist to help create, manage and optimize high-quality digital content that enhances customer engagement and satisfaction.
As a Junior Content Specialist you will play a key role in supporting content creation and management for Odido’s digital tools and platforms. You will ensure content is accurate, aligned with our brand and supports an outstanding customer experience.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage high-quality content for digital platforms including Salesforce, Chat, Web, App , ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaboration & Content Resource Management: Work with internal and external subject matter experts to gather, update and validate content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Content Integration: Assist in integrating customer-facing content across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with Odido’s messaging.
- Trend Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on customer behaviors on digital platforms and interactions by phone with service agents, identifying opportunities for content and service improvement.
- Innovation & Improvement: Contribute ideas for innovative content strategies and customer service enhancements.
- Performance Support: Help track and analyze content effectiveness, supporting data-driven improvements.

You bring this
- A MBO or HBO degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and planning skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with Salesforce or other knowledge management or content management platforms is a plus.
