As Partner Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this strategy — ensuring our international outsourcing partners deliver world-class performance that meets both our service and commercial goals. In this role, you’ll oversee the success of one or more international outsourcing partners. You’ll act as Odido’s key representative, building trusted relationships, driving performance, and aligning efforts with our broader business strategy. You’ll report directly to the Head of Partner Operations and work closely with cross-functional teams — both remotely and on location.

• Own end-to-end partner performance across all COO business lines;
• Monitor daily KPIs and take swift action when needed;
• Support partners on-site and remotely through coaching, analysis, and guidance;
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for COO topics and ensure clear, consistent communication;
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, as well as daily performance routines with key stakeholders;
• Leverage tools such as Qlik, Medallia, Salesforce, and Genesys to track and enhance results;
• Drive continuous improvement with a proactive, can-do mindset;
• Build strong, transparent relationships across all partner levels.

You bring this

• A bachelor’s degree;
• Proven experience (3+ years) in supplier, vendor, or third-party management;
• Strong operational management skills with a hands-on approach;
• A creative, solution-oriented mindset to drive optimal results;
• Confidence to make clear and timely decisions;
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time;
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
