This is what you will do

As a Lead Reporting Analyst in the Customer Operations (COO) domain, you will be the driving force behind turning complex business needs into actionable, strategic insights. You are responsible for the full reporting process – from understanding the business requirements to leading discussions with BI, defining KPIs, and delivering dashboards that matter.

You are a natural business partner: someone who can translate data needs into clear deliverables, who understands the language of both business stakeholders and IT teams, and who thrives in an environment where customer experience, speed, and quality are paramount. You take ownership, structure priorities, and feel responsible for driving meaningful reporting initiatives forward.

You're not waiting for others to tell you what to do – you organize the meetings, you ask the right questions, and you lead by example. You hit the ground running, understand what's at stake, and instinctively know when to accelerate or prioritize.

The Role

This role calls for professional maturity, strategic insight, independence, strong communication, and stakeholder management.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the reporting lead within the COO domain and serve as the go-to person for everything related to reporting.
  • Take initiative in identifying, organizing, and delivering key reporting deliverables and KPI frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards and reporting structures.
  • Lead discussions with BI colleagues and speak both the language of the business and IT.
  • Prioritize and maintain transparency on the reporting backlog.
  • Take full ownership of the reporting landscape: identify needs, define priorities, and drive solutions.
  • Represent reporting in cross-functional initiatives and continuously improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Actively coach and support your remote team of reporting analysts.

Your technical toolbox includes SQL, Power BI, Excel, and ideally Thoughtspot. You have a strong business understanding of customer operations, telecom, or finance, and can demonstrate 7–8 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, reporting-heavy environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced reporting-driven environment
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and ideally Thoughtspot
  • Strong grasp of reporting logic, KPI definition, dashboard design, and business-layer data modeling
  • Experience in stakeholder management with both business and IT
  • Strong business understanding of customer operations and/or supply chain
  • Proven ability to independently lead strategic reporting initiatives with high business impact

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the telecom sector or customer service operations
  • Affinity with finance reporting
  • Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
